Guarantee
Only new products under warranty are sold in our store. If the goods received are defective, we will replace them, if this is not possible for any reason, we will refund the purchase price paid and freight charges. To replace the item under warranty, we will need the invoice that came with the product. We will only replace purchased products if they are proven to be defective. Before inserting the product, please make sure that the product ordered is the same as the product previously inserted in the machine. We cannot replace visibly used or contaminated products.
We offer a 12-month warranty on the products we sell. The warranty and guarantee period starts on the date of the invoice and, if the product is not accompanied by a separate warranty ticket, the invoice is also the warranty ticket. Our products not covered by the warranty are subject to the warranty period set out in the applicable legislation.
